Here every step of our work
When the machine arrives, our personnel disassemble the various groups, in order to find the parts that need to be replaced or overhauled.
After the disassembling, parts that have to be overhauled are washed with a special detergent in a zone suitable for this.
After the scraping and pre-assemble stage, machines details are painted with colors chosen by the customer.
The parts, that during overhauling are considered unusable, will be replaced with new parts, of the same brand as those used by the manufacturer.
Our specialized technicians, at this stage, begin reassembling the machine with special care.
Our technicians then make a pre-test which is followed by testing. All of these steps are always carried out at our building in the client's presence.
The machine is disassembled into blocks for transport. Our personnel handle the loading operation directly and carefully.
